About 25 minutes' walk separates the property from the beautiful sandy beach, which overlooks the Baltic Sea. The Promenade - one of Swinoujscie's main attractions - is 1.5 km away. The seaside scenery and the beautiful and rich natural-park surroundings, as well as the proximity of cycle paths, are the main attractions of the area. In close proximity there is the Malkowski square and a little further (600 m) the Zdrojowa Park. Spa enthusiasts can take advantage of the Baltic Park Molo Aquapark by Zdrojowa, 1.7 km away. Just 180 m away is the Passenger Wharf, from where you can cross to the other part of Świnoujście by ferry. There is a bus stop in the immediate vicinity and the railway station is 1.3 km away.
