Decent prosperity staff lacks personality. When called for an iron, 20 minutes later I had to re call and wait another 15 minutes. Attendant looked annoyed with me for requesting it. Declined housekeeping for entire trip as they were rude and speaking loudly as they cleaned other rooms talking about other guest and their rooms. Person who checked me in was the only friendly person my entire stay.

The room was great, spacious with a balcony. Fridge ideal. Such a comfy bed! Only minor downside was the carpet being a bit stained. We would certainly come back here again!

The ADGE is a super modern location right in the middle of Surry Hills, a really pleasant and quiet neighborhood. There's plenty of bus stops within a 5 minute walking distance that'll take you to downtown Sydney, and there's a couple train stops about a 10-15 minute walk away as well. The staff at the hotel was wonderful - when I needed ice, or access to a microwave, they were prompt and helpful. I was on the 11th floor with a south-west facing window, and the view of Sydney was absolutely gorgeous. My only complaint is that the design of the bathrooms was quite compact and the shower drainage system being routed into the main part of the bathroom wasn't totally sealed, leading to some water leaking onto the floor under the sink after showers. Otherwise the room was great!
