The apartment and furniture is shabby. Both bedrooms had 2 beds (in my room they were queen beds) and very little room to move. Cold water tap over bathroom sink does not work. TV is small and old so only about 6 channels. Curtains and blinds need cleaning and fixing. Air conditioning not very effective.

The property was not cleaned. There dirty crockery in the cupboards, un-emptied bins and previous occupant's possessions left in draws and under the beds.
