Really an overall fabulous place to stay if you’re looking for something close to the airport. We were on the second floor, and there appeared to be some water damage in the hallway, so it was a little moldy smelling, but the unit itself was perfect for what we needed. Other than the smell in the hallway, everything else was fantastic.

Overall it was good stay. It is close to mascot train station and airport. If you are going to airport from there, take the public bus or uber it. I didnt get any room upgrade as part of VIP because there was only 1 room left and staff asked for $50 for this upgrade (didnt expect that). What i didnt like abt the hotel is the smell in corridors. It smell horrible! Room inside is decent sized. Bed is a single bed (i had twin studio) and it wasn't soft which is what i prefer. I would stay again in the future due to location and proximity to cbd!

Convenient to airport, eating places and supermarket/convenience shops for last minute departure necessities. Price good to excellent as rooms are more apartment style with basic kitchen facilities, spacious and quiet. Best compared to other hotels in the same location. Certain aspects need maintenance. Great location close to airport. 5-10 minute drive. On site (not aligned ) Japanese restaurant. Ordered us a taxi and again chased it up when it didn’t show up. Only negative is that the carpet is worn out in many places. Otherwise, great.

I stayed two night in a standard room (Friday and Saturday). I was not offered an upgrade to a studio room as a VIP with Expedia. The bedside lamp bulb was burnout, no milk in the fridge for coffee the next morning. When I returned from a day visiting Sydney CBD, my room was not made up. When I went to discuss this matter with the reception staff, they told to that in the fine print and now that they are a service apartment accommodation, they only clean rooms every four day. I do not recommend this hotel if you want a typical hotel stay!

The property is only a few hundred metres from Mascot station, making it convenient for visitors to catch the train to the airport terminals. It is also very close to a number of good restaurants and cafes. There is an Asian restaurant attached to the hotel. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet.

A very basic property - threadbare carpet level one passageway appears not to have been repaired for sometime. minimum guest room ammenities - eg: no FOC bottled water - one box tissues for apartment and just one towel per guest although a plus was FOC parking
