Good location close to Darling Harbour be aware that not all rooms look like the picture when booking ie balcony or large windows had to pay extra at the hotel to upgrade.

Great location

Great location, friendly staff, clean and spacious room. Only downside was this time our room was on the Shelly street side and the traffic noise from the street heading towards the Harbour Bridge was loud, even though there was double glass doors. Would only stay again if could get a room on other side of hotel

For the price and location of the apartment the condition of some of the facilities are poor. The carpet is stretched and lumpy. The hand towel hanger in the bathroom was sitting in a hole in the wall. The TV in the bed room wasn't showing most of the channels. The Gym wasn't open for most of the day??? There is room for improvement in the facilities. The staff were very nice and helpful. The location was lovely.

Great location in Darling Harbour

This property was in an excellent location, close to all the sites (such as the Aquarium, Sydney Eye Tower, Madam Tussaud’s and Wildlife Zoo)! The staff were friendly and helpful - our room had a kitchen, washing machine and dryer and separate bedroom which meant we didn’t have to eat out every night and I could wash and dry our clothes before going home.
