Absolute disgrace

Never arrived at such a hovel. Urine stains on beds, Nasal matter on the walls, Black mould. Food stains on main sofas and dining chairs. Wasted half a day trying to sort out alternative accommodation. Travelled 10.000 miles across the world to be greeted by all of that. Oh and the welcome pack for Four of us consisted of a very small carton of milk, small bottle of water, a J cloth and 1 dishwasher tab. No tea or coffee. Absolute disgrace photos available.
