A simple layout with 2 Queen Bedrooms, there is a fully equipped laundry and kitchen and a connected balcony to enjoy.



The Space:

The apartment itself is accessible via a lift and one flight of stairs and is a comfortable space for up to 4 guests. There is a fully equipped gas kitchen available to use and a washing machine and dryer both located within the apartment. The Living room and dining area are open plan and open onto the balcony. The two Queen bedrooms each have built in wardrobes and are separated by the main bathroom that has an integrated bathtub/shower.

Chippendale is a highly sought after area for Sydneysiders to live in and visitors alike to visit as it's close proximity to many of the city's highlights make it an ideal area to stay in.
