The hotel was ideal for airport flight i had booked. The rooms were had everything i needed for an overnight stay and felt clean..However, the reception staff were not particularly welcoming and i felt they weren't really bothered that a paying guest had just arrived but more that they were doing me a favour, it felt a little uncomfortable to be honest..Maybe after staying at two other hotels recently which had superb customer service and were really welcoming, and with all the airport staff being so attentive and caring that i have had such a good experience which reflected badly on them... Having said that the Morning reception staff - no complaints the guy was really helpful and friendly.

Our stay at Citadines was based on (walking) location to Sydney Airport. There are snack, bar & breakfast options available on the top floor, which had a view over the airport. These are plenty of dinning choices & an easy walk to Botany Rd about 1-1.5km.

Staff were great, friendly and helpful.Comfy bed. Close to airport but make sure you research which way to walk, taxis are not keen to take you(it was raining when we arrived) Uber may be the best bet.

We booked this hotel room because of price and proximity to the airport. Unfortunately, the area is not very friendly, and the hotel is kind of strange. The room had most all of the expected amenities, but a very little charm or appeal. Felt like a dormitory that might appeal to kids in business school, not families or couples looking for a nice place to stay on a vacation.

After booking knowing shuttle to airport was an extra charge, which was advertised as part of this property, got informed it was 3rd party & I had to book it separately - Uber was cheaper. Then to find out the in-house restaurant Wasn’t! Not even the free breakfast was worthwhile. I could have brought my own cereal. I would like to state, the staff were exceptional - after all, they were dealing with client disappointments/ complaints regularly. I stayed as it was close to airport. Will chose another, close to airport hotel next time. Had to walk around the corner to one to use their restaurant so I will stay there next time!
