This is the perfect bolthole for a family or group of friends looking for an upmarket beach getaway.
As you enter, glossed black floors and bright white walls create a contemporary art-gallery vibe - the perfect backdrop for the vibrant art throughout. The ground floor boasts a spacious interior, perfect for entertaining. The open plan layout provides a glossy white kitchen, with state-of-the-art appliances and stone bench-top should you want to cook up a storm. An 8-seat dining table is the perfect place for a family dinner or game of cards.The living area includes stylish, comfortable linen sofas, coffee table, sitting chairs, and wall-mounted TV. The perfect setting for a cosy gathering. The glass sliding doors from the main living room open out onto a luscious outdoor area, resplendent with a lounge setting, firepit, BBQ, outdoor umbrella and dining setting for eight. The garden and inground pool complete this inviting and private outdoor oasis.
The first floor contains the master bedroom, robe and large ensuite, alongside a spacious study/home office area. Downstairs you discover a TV room, two additional bedrooms, the main bathroom (with enclosed laundry) and large living space that opens onto the fabulous outdoor area with secluded inground pool.

- Check out Coogee Pavilion, the multi-level beachside hangout of choice. which boasts a wood-fired pizza oven, oyster bar, juice cart, flower stall and playground kitted out with three ping-pong tables, a giant Scrabble board and blocks. Upstairs is a rooftop bar with gorgeous views. Genteel in the day, this bar really comes alive at night.
