Last visit was MUCH better. Service not good, unclean bathrooms in public areas, room not cleaned,, other let downs. Chef very good in breakfast. Some staff not as well trained as others and need supervision to ensure consistent good service. Better service seems to focused on their busier times from Thursday, Saturday etc.

It was good overall. Just a little hiccup with some toiletries since we book for 4 people, yet we only had the toiletries provided for 2 people. However, the sparkling water dispenser was the best.

The hotel is worn and needs refurbishing. Access To gym and pool is pretty bad. However pool is nice once you go in and out and in to access. Very much an airline employee stopover. No good walk about area. The staff is pleasant and helpful. Loud with airplane noise due to location and lack of soundproofing.

The room was clean and well appointed. It has everything we needed and was very quiet. The black out curtains worked for a change and made it very easy to get a good nights sleep. The beds were comfortable and the location was very convenient for a stop over. The breakfast buffet was very good and all of the staff were friendly and approachable.

It was our 25th wedding anniversary and they put us in a room with 2 single beds.. Especially after the reception man said we had a king bed so that wasn’t a good start to our Anniversary..
