Family holiday trip. Stayed 3 nights. Brilliant location close to The Rocks, Circular Quay, George Street, Opera House and Harbour Bridge. Rooms are a good size and very comfortable. Building is a little dated in the common areas and could do with refurbishment. Lack of a lounge area at ground level a disappointment.

Really welcoming and the harbour view was great. I loved the lighting options in the room and the “night” light in the bathroom that lit up under the bathroom vanity. Comfy bed and great pillows. I ordered breakfast and coffee and it was brought in some sort of warmer so it was still perfect when it came. I loved being able to keep the room key as a souvenir too. I’ll definitely be staying here again.

The room was great and clean with fantastic views of the bridge and opera house. We didn’t get to use the pool as it was in maintenance which was strange considering we stayed on a Saturday, a long weekend and with the vivid event happening. Would have made sense to do the maintenance on another day. However, overall it was fantastic and would stay there again.
