Lovely stay here for 2 nights. Room was very clean, modern and quiet. I was at street level but wouldn’t have known. Spa was lovely, shower and bathroom was nice and modern. Staff were lovely and friendly.

Brooke was a joy to talk to when we checked in and her hospitality was warm. The rooms are so so for one year old property ? Clogged aircon filter, missing toilet lock handle, imperfect shower curtains, weird room smell ….. Really need proper housekeeping & maintainance.

Amazing place to stay. Clean room and place looked fabulous. Swim Spa was very nice. Staff were amazing and loved to have a chat which is nice. Easy check in and out. Felt like home. Will be booking again if we return to Sydney.

majority of staff were friendly and inviting, especially Brooke, Maddy and Chancy.. the one disappointing aspect was the Manager Jackie, very full of her own self importance and like to speak down to customers and staff alike.. The swim spa was lovely, however a rail to help getting in and out would be very helpful
