CHANTICLEER GARDENS IS A ONE BEDROOM HAMPTONS STYLED COTTAGE AND IS THE SECOND RESIDENCE ON A 5 ACRE ENGLISH STYLED GARDEN.
IT IS SITUATED IN THE NORTH WESTERN SUBURB OF ARCADIA, A 50 MINUTE DRIVE FROM CBD OF SYDNEY.
IT OFFERS ONE QUEEN BEDROOM PLUS LARGE SOFA BED AND CAN SLEEP UP TO 4 PEOPLE. IT HAS A FULL BATHROOM WITH FREESTANDING BATH AND A WALK-IN SHOWER. THE TOILET IS SEPARATE AND SUITABLE FOR WHEELCHAIR ACCESS.
THE SWIMMING POOL IS LOCATED APPROX 50 METRES FROM THE COTTAGE NEAR THE MAIN RESIDENCE AND IS FOR GUESTS ONLY.
IT HAS A FULL KITCHEN WITH CUTLERY AND CROCKERY, OUTDOOR TABLES AND CHAIRS FOR 30 PEOPLE..
THE COTTAGE CAN BE HIRED FOR SHORT TERM RENTALS OR A ONE DAY HIRE FOR SMALL FUNCTIONS FOR APPROX 25-30 PEOPLE.
WEDDING HIRE IS EXTRA.

Fantastic

Beautiful property and Grada was so accommodating. Accepting our Woolworths delivery. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay swimming in their beautiful pool and wandering around the most beautiful garden.

The perfect space to relax while visiting Hornsby. Our only regret is not getting to the property early to enjoy it more. Super clean. Super comfy beds and linen. Everything you could think of need in the kitchen. With bonus condiments. 10+

Very lovely and quiet

Absolutely stunning landscaping/outdoor area with just as stunning interior. Peter was very welcoming and showed us around on arrival as there was no guide/guestbook or check in instructions prior to arrival. Our stay was perfect besides my friend waking up through the night due to dust in the guest room and also receiving a “gentle” check out notification by the host arriving and walking into the home to start clean up at 10:55am. Otherwise a beautiful time spent with girlfriends

Arcadian gem

This property is absolutely stunning. Nestled in a quiet street in beautiful Arcadia, this stay did not disappoint. From the stunning grounds, to gorgeous cottage, everything was perfect. Not to mention Grada and Peter who are absolutely lovely. I would highly recommend this place!
