The Neighborhood:
McMahons Point short walk to North Sydney business district and train station. 50m to McMahons Point ferry and nearby cafes and restaurants on Blues Point Road.

Getting Around:
Free parking outside property and in adjacent parking building.

Metres to the ferry wharf and bus stop, 500m to village restaurants and just a 1km walk to North Sydney station and CBD.

Other Things to Note:
*The washing machine is in the building. Not inside the apartment. Washing machine & Dryer are coin operated.

A non-refundable 4.5% fee applies to all payments made by credit or debit card.

Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a security verification process, which includes uploading a valid photo ID and a selfie to confirm booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.

The service fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.

There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.

Vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and may be triggered by vapour. Any fire brigade call-out fees resulting from vaping will be charged to the guest. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.

The views were spectacular. Clean and comfortable apartment, however the bathroom is a bit outdated. The hosts made the stay perfect, they kept in touch the entire time and access to apartment upon arrival was easy and seamless. Ideal location, the Mc Mohans Point wharf is at your doorstep and ferries are frequent. It is a very pleasant 10 min trip to Circular Quay. I highly recommend staying here.

Girls weekend

Comfy beds, simply and comfortablly furnished and perfect for a weekend away. Had friends from overseas so a perfect showcase of Sydney. Location is 10/10, view is unbelievable. Ferry and buses on your doorstop. Great restaurants everywhere. Very hard to beat and we didn’t want to leave.
