Clean basic room and good $10 breakfast in hotel.

The room was clean and the $10 breakfast in the hotel restaurant was very good. However, a very friendly employee tried to help us get the TV working but he was unsuccessful and we were not able to watch TV during our 2 night stay. There were also no mattress protectors on the beds and an outlet had no cover on it in the bathroom.

Booked a King Suite- what we got was a king bed with no table lights- satellite tv that didn’t work slow internet - front desk did change rooms too a Regular King Bed- tub didn’t drain- tv didn’t work either- we had night table lights- slow internet- staff did discount room charge by $50 - but wouldn’t recommend to stay!

The TV was on when we first entered our room. It turned out that the remote control could not turn it off. The closet had no hangers. The hook on the bathroom door was no more there so you could not hang anything there.

It was a decent price and a place to stay for one night. They didnt have enough parking for all the registered guests. We ended up parking in a handicapped spot which we didnt want to do but didnt have a choice

Breakfast food options were great, but no small kid portions. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had to ask for a 4th set of towels despite being 4 people in the room they only had 3 towel sets, the bathroom didn’t have a fan, our stuff felt damp (basement room), things generally seemed old and not quite clean. One mattress didn’t even have a protector on it, and the other had an extra cushion layer and a protector on it. The pool itself was clean but the deck around it not so much (no towels and bandaids on the deck etc). Gym was acceptable but some older equipment. Wifi was not great, the tv had some good channels though.

The room was big, needs more light and a could use a side chair or sofa, a TV remote that works, a sink that drains and some hair conditioner would be nice. The room was clean though the restroom in the lobby a bit shambled.

Downs - one tiny garbage can in the bathroom. - flush needed repairs. Constantly had to jiggle the handle to make it stop running and you had to hold the handle when for a full 10 seconds so it would flush. I had to reattach the chain inside the back tank once. - pool never had clean towels ready for swimmers on the provided rack. - back door entrance didn't have a key card to open it. You had to put a piece of wood to keep it open for you to get back in. - no free breakfast Pros - comfy bed - heated pool - quick and easy sign in - delicious and well priced breakfast

Very dirty, infested by bugs in the bedrooms and washroom, Washroom bathtub and sinks was clogged, torn bed lined and the window curtain, Room smells bad. Staff was understanding but she has limited things in her hand. Overall very bad experience and would not recommend this place.
