Our room had a dirty floor. No fan in bathroom so showers just made the bathroom gross you can see the walls rotting behind the bad paint job. The main reception was nicely renovated and clean. The front desk lady was nice. It was a long walk from town but for the price I expected to be a ways out.

Property is under repairs and run down. Internet is non existant unless you are sitting in the Phillipine restaurant or front desk area. No Elevators to lower rooms or upper rooms.We were in a lower room and had no lamps or lights.Informed by front desk staff they were on order but had not arrived. Most hotels have shampoo and conditioner in them none in our room. Signage of where to turn to get intothe hotel was non existant if you missed it and went past you were at the Travelodge Rates were good ,close to downtown, cruise ship docks and Big Fiddle.

This was a pretty decent stay over all. They are doing some renovations which will be nice when complete. The room we stayed in was clean but still needed some tweaking. The lighting wasn't good in the bathroom or the room itself. Two very dim lamps, that was a floor lamp and deck lamp. The overall staff was nice except one lady(Saturday morning)did not lift her head even once in the 4 times we walked by her. She was not welcoming at all. We would stay here again the price was right for the 2 nights. We have stayed in worse for more. (Just up the road) 7 out of 10 for us.

La chambre est un peu vieillotte mais propre. On a demandé un service de réception de colis et ils ont refusé. Nous avons été à la piscine et au restaurant. La nourriture était bonne mais il n’y avait aucune bière de microbrasserie en fût. Nous avons dormi 3 nuits et la chambre n’a jamais été nettoyé. Nous avons été porter nous-même nos ordures et demander des cups pour le café. Dans l’ensemble c’était facile de nous rendre à nos activités. Ce serait bien d’avoir une borne sur place.

The property is away from the hustle and noise of shopping/business areas but they're not far from the site should you need to access their services. A clean environment with basic services. Staff were helpful and pleasant.

The price was reasonable and wasn’t expecting anything fancy but were expecting the basics. Unfortunately, didn’t provide some of them. When we entered our room we noticed a musty smell. When we turned on the tv we were surprised to find we had no local, Canadian or USA channels. There were very few channels, which included multiples. The room was very dark. The 2 lamps in the room provided very little light. The bathroom did not have a fan and the shampoo bottle on the shower wall was empty and no other shampoo provided. The ice machine in the hall was not working and the stairway carpet was filthy. On a positive note, the staff were very friendly. We could see the hotel was under renovations, however that doesn’t justify it’s shortcomings. Better to spend a few dollars more

Nothing. One of the worst hotels I’ve ever experienced. First, it changed hotel brands to a Radisson and was not notified by either Expedia or hotel(not ok) 2. Room dirty and no bed cover 3. No connectivity to Internet in room and TV DID NOT CONNECT EITHER. 5. Grounds mot maintained. 5. One single lamp in room so can’t read. Very POOR MAINTENANCE AND OVERSIGHT. HOTEL AND EXPEDIA SHOULD REIMBURSE me 50% of overnight room cost.

As many reviews state. This is an older building and it does show, but not an issue with me. Filipino restaurant with Canadian food on site was reasonably priced. Only complaint I had was that their charging ports for electronics at the desk and by the bed did not work. Date of stay Sept 16 thru 18 2025

We had no internet for the 3 days we stayed. Nobody on the front desk could tell us when it would be resolved. We had dinner in the restaurant and didn’t like the food Filipino cuisine.

This is the first time in over 40 years of travelling that we checked in and checked out again 5 mins later. Building is run down and grubby, carpets filthy, bed was lumpy, dirty bathroom, no wifi signal in room despite advertising that there should be. Next to a building site. Would not recommend.

Unfortunately there was no internet available in the room because they were working on it. Only by the front desk. Our tv had very limited channels available. Mostly French and kids channels. No news channels available at all. Same problem. Satellite was being worked on. The staff was very helpful but there was very little they could do. Very disappointing stay.
