Parking was secure but cramped. We originally arrived on foot as a result of a GPS problem and by the time we parked after a dinner out the last space was a bit cramped. We left after breakfast the next morning which was easier. Staff were uniformly helpful and the room was attractive and well furnished although a full length mirror would make it perfect

This hotel was quite surprising. Very clean and the staff were great. For the price we paid it exceeded our expectations. This will be our permanent hotel every time we come to Parramatta from now on. Thanks again 🙏

Gladius Hotel Convenient Location

Gladius Hotel is in a convenient location and offers a reasonable price. We were a little disappointed that, being our anniversary, no special gesture was offered. That said, overall it was a good stay and we would stay again.

We missed out on parking (even though it was requested) Drove 5 hours to the motel, called before to ask if there was parking out the front for check in and was told there was… there ISNT! Had to park in the Westfield carpark, and while this isn’t a long way away, it was a long walk back to the motel with our luggage. Room was nice, but no carpet, which made it feel more like a drs surgery then a bedroom.

Was a beautiful hotel. I booked a room with a spa bath however I’m 5ft 2 and wouldn’t have fit in it. The tv was not a smart tv and couldn’t do screen share. The carpark is very very little you’d be lucky to get a little hatchback in there.
