The room was fine. The noise level on Friday and Saturday night was really loud, and they never replenished the coffee and tea, but the staff were lovely and it was a great location
Both my friend and I were very happy with our stay.
Staff were all so kind, helpful and professional. We were able to leave our bags until check in and then after check out until in the evening.
The room was small and simple but was clean and had everything we needed, including good aircon, a comfortable bed, mini fridge and a shower with good pressure.
the location was super convenient being so close to kings cross station, because of this there was some outside noise at night but it wasn’t enough to bother us, inside the hotel guests respected they needed to be quiet at night, so we still slept really well both nights.
The front door to the hotel is locked before 9 am and after 3 pm so we felt safe here.
Our only complaints were the only hand soap was inside the shower and that there was no fan in the bathroom.
But overall staying here was a lovely experience and we’ll definitely stay again if we’re back in the area.
Excellwnt stay we had, friendly staff, clean and esily accessible toilet in the meeting room. Clean room with sittong area, as per location, near train station, restaurant everywhere and close to hospital

The Expedia page says parking available for $35 night, this is incorrect there is no parking available and we ended up paying $90. They did upgrade our room but we were only sleeping in it, so zero value and the door kept falling of the bathroom. Overall this is a 3 star property but incorrect info makes me mark it down. On a positive side the staff were very polite and tried to help.
