We stayed here for 2 nights during our trip to Sydney. The check in was smooth & the room was pretty spacious equipped with a large fridge & microwave. The place is close to all amenities & about half hour drive to the city. Dont think there are any elevators which was not an issue for us but could be for people with mobility concerns. Overall, a comfortable stay.

Check in was relatively speedy considering there were 4 people in queue with one person serving. Took about 7-10 minutes to complete this process. As it was check in time and generally the busiest, would have been nice to see more than one person serving. The foyer seemed clean and there was a bar to the left of check in. Not sure if it is opened regularly as there was also a drinks fridge operating from 8am to 10pm. Unusual to see that in a true 4 star hotel. The layout is what I would consider motel style however as you need to pass through a secure door to gain access to each block it has the extra layer of security. Appreciate it ticks the basic 4 star requirements however would not consider this a 4 star hotel. A 3 star seems more appropriate. On entering the secure door for the block you immediately notice the cheap repairs and how aged the building is. There is a fresh smell on entering however this quickly leaves you as a stale smell starts to take over. The room was clean on entering. After walking around barefoot for an hour however the soles of my feet were getting a black layer and there were sticky parts and the very clearly aged carpets. The fridge looked like it was from the 80's. Surprised it still worked. I wanted to check the brand however I could not find a sticker or a plastic name plate anywhere. If the fridge outlasted these items clearly was top quality back then, the white exterior was now a dark cream colour. Value however? 5/5!

We checked in on 1/11/25 and checked out on 3/11/25. It was a terrible experience with staff and the room. Lady at reception was very abrupt when we asked for 2 spare pillows as there was no extra pillows or blankets provided in the room like what we normally experience with other hotels. The 2 actual pillows in the room was paper thin reason why we wanted extra pillows for better neck support. The lady just told us off that there was none available and we should have requested upon our booking. Really, I mean who knew what they had in the room. It wasn't a peak busy period like Easter or Christmas to say they were fully booked just for 2 extra pillows or was it a big deal in washing pillow cases. The room walls are not noise proof as we were awoken at 1.30am by the loud music from the next room. All I did was bang the wall behind my bedhead and the music was immediately off. The carpets are so worn out and smells really bad and worse upon entering the room from a night out. The aircon is so noisy directly facing your bed with cold air directly hitting your body. Aircon looked so old and dirty dust was so transparent that we didn't feel like using. They only provided us with one key card. We went back to the reception and asked another key card after checking the room with such a terrible smell so we could leave the aircon on when going out. I can keep going on with so many defects in the room but this stay is not worth my time. Read other reviews prior to booking.

Water was leaking from the exhaust fan in the bathroom. Property is not maintained at all. They moved us. There was no lock in the bathroom in the new room. The A/C stopped working. We were there with family and it was so much of inconvenience. I was just tired to move again with bags and kids. Pool was gross. Housekeeping were nice.

Very disappointed with the pool being dirty and my son not being able to swim as there was chairs in the pool, rubbish in the pool. The beds felt like you were sleeping on the floor. The Foxtel was disconnected. Sadly, we had to leave early due to all this and was very inconvenient and disappointing.
