- Please enter and leave the home quietly, we respect our neighbours and want everyone to have a comfortable living environment.
- If furniture is moved, please return to the original place
- No cooking with aromatics and spices due to the nature of possibly having a new guest stay the day of check out
- Please respect the check-out time and if late check-out is required, please advise us at the time of booking. Please note if late check-out is available, additional charges may apply
- Extra linen can be prepared upon requested at an additional cost of $45.
- Please take the property key and fob with you at all times. Emergency Key Delivery charges will apply from AU$180. Emergency locksmiths with be the responsibility of the guest, with the cost starting from AU$180. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call-out fee from $350.
