This light filled haven has been designed by Tom Mark Henry and has undergone a stunning renovation by Toki Constructions with elegant and stylish finishes throughout.
Set over 2 levels, with living areas downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs, a north facing courtyard and with Air-Con available in every room you will be able to relax and enjoy Sydney in stunning surroundings.

The Space:
This brand new build envisioned by the leading designer team at Tom Mark Henry has been meticulously renovated to a high level of sophistication.

Nestled in a vibrant inner city pocket of Redfern with many local bars and eateries nearby, you will have the ideal light-filled oasis to explore Sydney from. Redfern is walking distance to local Sydney hotspots such as Surry Hills, Chippendale, Glebe, is close to the CBD and easy access to the beaches through public transport which is abundant nearby.

Our spacious courtyard flows to an open plan living space with ducted Air-Con and a powder room available just off the living area.

The upstairs area boasts three bedrooms, the King Bed Master Bedroom with period ceiling features, bench seating, ducted Air-Con and a breathtaking ensuite bathroom whose vibrant tones are elevated through the skylight above the shower.

The upstairs area has a second standalone bathroom, a Queen Bedroom with a purpose built make-up area and air-con while the third Queen Bedroom also has air-con. All rooms have custom built open wardrobes fitted for your convenience.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need including an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher and a microwave. The laundry facilities are complimentary during your stay through Foam Laundry, a fully separate laundromat, located at the front of the building.

Redfern is a fantastic suburb to explore the CBD areas by foot but is also well served by public transport through buses and trains with the light rail a 10-15 min walk away

Some comments about our stay in 84 Redfern Street.Great location. Comfortable beds. Kitchen amenities very good.Some maintenance issues. Air conditioner remote downstairs - new battery required.No laundry tag. Rubbish not cleared by previous tenants. The rubbish truck damaged one of the bins - may need replacing.Cockroaches a problemCurtains falling down in one of the bedrooms.Air conditioning units not really adequate for the hot weather.

Good central location

Very very clean. Comfortable beds and lovely bathrooms with great hot showers. Staircase not great for oldies with any disability as not all stairs had handrails. Lovely courtyard for drinks and nibbles.
