Simply a great stay. Very well run property with excellent facility with pleasant and helpful staff. 10 minute walk to the light rail and great shopping. Absolutely no complaint about our stay and would return if we travel through Sydney again

Front desk staff are friendly. The property is in good condition and the apartments are clean. It comes down to what you are looking for. I have stayed here a few times and alternate my trips around a few of the hotels near the office. No daily housekeeping. You need to be here a week before you get a full clean and you get a re-stock every 3 days. Not a lot of dining options within 3 blocks and no food on site but that is limited only by whether you are ok with Uber Eats or do not mind the walk. So overall, a nice place but better for longer trips

We had a great time at this hotel. Very easy to walk to darling harbour and the shops. Took us around 20 mins to walk to circle quay. Hotel was very clean and staff helpful. Pool was lovely for a quick swim. Would recommend this hotel.

Streaming & Maintenance

When we arrive in our room we noticed that the TV was not working as a few channels were missing. We could also not do any streaming via Netflix or SBS on demand and the Concierge informed us that he will inform Maintenance about the matter. Come day 2, the matter sill had not been resolved and in the evening I had to go down to reception to find out when action could be taken by maintenance. A friendly guest relation officer (male) came up to our room in 10 minutes and was able to resolve the problems with the TV and we could get all channels and do our streaming.
