I am trying to resolve a STAYZ booking, the Host is Houst a Third party, no Access Info viaStayz sad

It would appear1)The Stayz Host method was not adhered to. This is a safety mechanism to ensure your Guests are safe in booking to unknown Hosts2)I was expecting that I would be contacted through the STAYZ host comms in Stayz at no point was this made know to me.
