Situated along the southern bank of the Parramatta River, it is approximately 16 km west of the Sydney CBD. Known for its scenic waterfront views, Cabarita features the popular Cabarita Park and Cabarita Beach, offering recreational spaces, picnic areas, and walking trails. The suburb boasts a blend of historical and contemporary architecture, with residential areas that include a mix of charming older homes and modern developments. It is well-connected by public transport, including ferry services, making it a convenient and desirable location. House rules You are staying in a friendly and peaceful neighbourhood and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbours. The following strict House Rules apply: - No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am - No parties or antisocial behaviour - No additional people are to access the property without our prior approval - No pets are allowed in the property without approval - No smoking is allowed at any times - If you break something, please let us know - To help protect all floor coverings, do not wear any shoes inside the property Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police. IMPORTANT: - Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property without refund. - Pets are available on request unless the property states it is pet friendly. Any stays with pets will incur an additional cleaning fee of $200. Disliked: Cleanliness
The residence was in a very poor state of condition, and the general cleanliness was not great. The pool are was absolutely atrocious. There was empty cooking pots, mops and buckets - old buckets of paint, shovels, and much more laying around. I have taken photos. The decking around the pool was unsafe and my child almost went through it a one stage. The spa was unable to be heated. The general garden areas were overgrown and unkempt. The kitchen did not have frying pans. The TV in the main room would not work. Bathroom door wouldn't close. The out door areas were very untidy. Property was not what was in the advertised pictures. I sent an email on our first night and am still to get a reply. It is a beautiful location but not worth the money. Very disappointed.
