Only good thing was the free airport shuttle, and the trainee receptionist. Rooms very small, reception area in a bar & v noisy with horrid music, food and beer expensive. Room had nowhere to put suitcases, sink in bedroom, very yuppy/millenial, couldnt understand how to work Tv remote or phone, no fridge or water. Outside area industrial. Will NEVER go there again.

This is such a great place for an airport stopover. Shuttle bus from both terminals is included. The wee “shop” for quick goods, snacks, forgotten things is such a great idea. Room and bed are comfy.

Loved it.

Modern, clean, funky with great proximity to Sydney airport and handy, free shuttle bus. Loved having a drink in the cozy, hip foyer/lounge area. Rooms were modern, comfy and quiet. Highly recommend for a night before an early flight or after a late one.

My flight was supposed to arrive at 6:10 & I got the shuttle for 6:40. On the shuttle map it is not clear where to go and the people at the airport kept telling me to go in different directions. A few said go to the curve, the signs say go to the opposite way. I gave up and waited to get a cab ride but the cab driver was nice enough to tell me a cab ride isn’t worth it. The pickup guy checked off names the guy who dropped off for departure did not. Check in was easy. I had a drink at the bar and some food which was pretty good but limited menu. Breakfast wasn’t free but I thought it was included? She said if you had a cancelled flight which was weird. I think they also got a drink as well I am not sure why? If you want to explore downtown Sydney where everything is, this probably isn’t the hotel for you. I took a cab but previously I’ve stayed at a hotel where I could walk to bars etc and I don’t know if you can here although it does have a full bar

False advertising - shuttle service.

Great hotel but unfortunately they are very misleading with the advertising of the free shuttle bus. I needing up paying an extra $40 AUD in an uber just around the corner as conveniently they don’t run the shuttle for all flights only a selected few so was pretty frustrated by the false advertising and was the only reason I purchased this hotel which was really disappointing. Even the email I received didn’t say anything about the shuttle only running on a certain schedule which I have stayed at many hotels with shuttles but never with only selected times. I even gave the reception an opportunity to correct this false advertisement and they provided no solution in fact the staff at the counter were really blunt and rude yet they do not clearly state anywhere this is the case. Definitely left a bad experience and customer service was shocking so I stressed and having to sort an uber at 4am just to go 2-3km down the road the whole reason I booked this hotel with a shuttle ‘included’. Disappointing to say the least and out of pocket, avoid if you have an international flight 6am-9am as you will experience the same.

Budget friendly near the airport

Budget friendly hotel, no table service in The restaurant / cafe area. Airport pick up was full and chaotic and ended up being delayed. Rooms are small but nice and stylish

Loved this hotel. Clean, funky and awesome. Everything about this place was brilliant. If this was in a coastal location they could charge a fortune. Unfortunately we were only there for 1 night before flying.

Very convenient location with free airport shuttle. We had a small issue with the AC not blowing cold and the room could have been more comfortable. Staff checked it out and made it better but it was still not quite right.

Five stars all round

Exactly what we needed for the night before our long haul international flight. The room was small and the shower was huge, but very clean, new and super funky retro. Service downstairs at the bar and restaurant was fabulous. Also, the free welcome drink was a very nice touch. We loved it. Have recommended it to friends that will be staying soon for the same reason.

This is the boutique arm of a major hotel group. It’s snappy without being flashy. Staff, food and drink are all great. It’s handy for airport overnighters and they have a great shuttle service. Rooms have interesting decor with all sorts of interesting attributes. Highly recommended.

This property is oriented to younger people under 50. However, he is very nice. The rooms are very small that the amenities are many. Make sure you reserve the shuttle if you wanna bring it to her from the airport.
