We enjoyed our stay at Napoleon on Kent very much. We highly recommend. Everything was five star for us. Staff, our apartment, the location was all five star. We will be returning when next visiting Sydney. We will be recommending to family and friends. J&I Brisbane.

The location is very convenient and it is good value. However, do NOT stay on level one (1) as it gets a lot of street noise, people walking by right out your windows and light streaming in all night.

The outside of the building and hallways showing their age, but my room had been refurbished with nice modern decor and fittings, comfortable furniture and bed. Plenty of space and great modern bathroom, with nice shower. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. This was a surprisingly great stay and room especially for the price.

The rooms have been upgraded & modern but mostly an ideal position right next to Wynyard Station just up from the wharf & Bangaroo. Also a newly opened large supermarket on the corner plus amazing value accomodation makes a wonderful all round stay.

The apartment had a floor-to-ceiling, sliding, glass-door to a balcony. It made the room seem spacious and light, and very pleasant. Noise from other apartments was a bit intrusive at times. Being close to the overpass and road, there is a lot of road noise at night but it is a great location to see downtown sights. The front-desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great location, walking distance to circular quay and shopping such as Myer centre. Quite affordable for a studio apartment near the centre of Sydney. Good size, all amenities included. Shower had decent water pressure too 😀

Was a lovely place too stay, Central to everything with good transport links. Staff were great and were very helpful. The only downside is that due to location is very noisy with road and trains, but great location next to harbourside

Expensive for what it is

The space was large, and good to have all the kitchen facilities, but tucked right under the expressway so the traffic was incredibly noisy and the rooms very dark. There was a a musty damp smell walking in and little bugs ( like sandflies) everywhere. When I asked front desk about bug spray it was sitting right on the counter and she handed over with no questions, so a known problem.

Great location. So close to train station. Woolworths Metro so close and Coles a short walk away. Short stroll to Cockle Bay Wharf and Darling Harbour. My Studio Room was ample room for a couple. The room very clean and the bathroom was new with vanity, shower and toilet. There was a bar fridge and small cooktop along with cutlery, plates, bowls, cups, mugs, glasses, pots and pans making it easy to not have to eat out.There was a outside balconette overlooking Kent St so was noisy with the traffic, however, later at night it was quiet. I slept soundly the whole week I was there. The bed and pillows was comfortable. The room also had a airconditioning unit if room was too hot or cold. Big leather lounge was comfy. The two bedside lamps were a bit old but worked ok. Suggest an upgrade would make room look really nice. The TV worked well and was on a cupboard with wheels so could move it around to watch either sitting on lounge or in bed. The receptionist, Helen, is very friendly and helpful. I was told, and is written on the welcome letter that was given to me, that the serviced appartment is serviced, fresh towels etc, on the 4th day if staying for 7days. This didn't happen even though I did see the cleaning trolley in the hallway on a couple of days when going out. I am sure that if I had asked it would've been attended to. I didn't bother as I was there by myself and had enough towels, coffee, tea etc for me. Overall my stay was excellent and would definitely stay again🤗

Nice Accommodation Shame about the Noise

Clean and modern accommodation in a good location-right next to the station. However the traffic noise is constant, even at 1am there were boy racers roaring by..... make sure you bring good ear plugs! Previous reviews had said you don't hear the noise but from my room it was constant and loud. The blinds in the accommodation were good but the street lights shone in round the edges (I was in a below street level room) keeping the room quite light through the night. The tv didn't have any free channels. On the plus side, the staff were lovely and the shower was amazing! I wouldn't stay here again but purely due to the noise and nothing else.
