Hello, Thank you for your review of our property. Our complimentary WiFi is limited to 1GB per day, per device. Once the limit has been utilized it is possible to purchase additional WiFi as required. We advertise this on our website and through our booking agents. Our staff do try to deliver the best service, but on occasion we do make errors. We apologise that you were delivered the wrong key for your apartment on check-in. I am sure that we were able to provide you with the correct key with minimal fuss. Regards, Sharon
