Hi Emma, It sound like you have had an action packed time while you where in Sydney, Its great to hear that you found the hotels central location the perfect place to base yourself during your time with us. My sincere apologies that the pool was Out of Order during your visit unfortunately there was some urgent maintenance that needed to be completed. I'll be sure to pass on your comments regarding breakfast to the Chef, he is incredibly proud of the food he puts up and will be pleased to hear that you thoroughly enjoyed his food.
