Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The reception, bar area, outdoor seating and lounge had a great atmosphere and was very appealing to relax in. The staff allowed a very early checkin after we arrived from an overnight flight. Will stay here again.

The Staff Don’t Care

The theme of this hotel is “we don’t care.” The staff were apathetic and never took the chance to go the extra mile. For example, coffee is included as part of breakfast, but when I ask for takeaway? “You must pay full price.” My shower drips water constantly? I call and tell them, then nothing happens. I have to listen to the noise all night long. No-one cares, which may be a reflection of the building that’s going up next door and slowly blocking the hotel from the water. Who knows. But unless you’re getting an incredible deal on this terrible hotel with no views and awful service, try something else.

The hotel is conveniently located in darling harbour, so it was easy for us to get on a tram and go to paddy's markets.The buffet breakfast was really good. Great food options for both adults and kids.
