The staff - especially at front desk, have been the absolute best to deal with, Very polite and clearly communicated really well, when there was an issue with one of my 7 rooms, they explained thoroughly, I was offered an upgrade and they found a solution. My group were extremely happy, I have extended an additional 4 days to the stay. Thank you very much to JP and the team.

Good location. Reasonably comfortable room. Air conditioning was ferocious, and not able to turn up/down or off. Couldn't find internet details, and phone in the room didn't work so couldn't phone down to ask.

Clean and comfortable room with tea and coffee making facilities. Room may need a little maintenance or spruce up but that could be due to tje age of the building possibly. Service on check in and out was friendly and efficient. Excellent location for commbank stadium.

The accommodation was clean, tidy, and comfortable, with a great bed. The only drawback was the shower, which felt a bit cramped - my partner's head touched the ceiling, and mine was close too. Otherwise, a pleasant stay!
