One Bedroom Studio with a Shared Pool

A Beautifully Converted Barn to a Hamptons Styled Cottage located at the rear of a five acre award wining English garden property. This studio is very private and secluded. The 5 acre property is fully fenced with self-opening gates at the entrance.
This is a STUDIO COTTAGE AND IS ONE HALF OF A TWO BEDROOM COTTAGE. It is private and self contained and there are no areas that are shared .It is connected to the other half of the cottage through a connecting door, much like two adjoining motel suites.
Wifi is Starlink and the password is guestguest. It is airconditioned
Access to the pool area is located at the main residence. BYO pool towels and meals.
We provide tea, coffee, milk and sugar. There is a micro wave, toaster and cooking Utensiles..
There are many beautiful cafes and restaurants within the district.
When you arrive please proceed up the driveway, past the main residence until you reach the end of the. track.Park on the lawn near the sign, Cockatoo studio. Follow the path and entry is through the side door of the cottage. Please check yourself in . The door is open and keys are on the bench. Phone Charlie or Naomi on 0433102158 when you arrive or for any other enquiries.
