The security box was too old. Struggling to use it each time. They need to replaced. Had to have staff help me 3/4 of the time. Towels provided limited.

1) Terrible bed, way too soft. After 2 nights I actually had to sleep on the floor, on top of pillows, back was hurting so much. 2) Lots of space, little furniture. Photo shows easy chair, table. Only small desk, one chair. Try to share take out meals, difficult. Plenty of space for something else 3) Room cleaning poor, just make the bed, 4) Reception staff limited English, this is Australia. Other workers, fine. But reception should understand English in Australia

What I liked is that the room was very clean and luxurious, staff were nice, main door closes at night so you feel safe, but the room was extremely hot to the extent that the air conditioner had a hard time keeping it cold.
