It took a while to get a response to our arrival after hours despite notifying twice with an email in advance. We were overseas and did not have phone access. Our booking was through Expedia which may have d contributed to communications.

customer service not at all helpful when wanting to leave a bag at reception, no daily housekeeping (not clear this is the case), poor coffee/ tea offering in room, no on site dining (limited offering in the general area), expensive airport transfers (use Uber if more then 1 person), no gym.
