We had a few problems but we were able to change rooms with no hassle. The staff were wonderful and very accomodating. It is undergoing renovations and has changed hands. I think the price reflects that. Breakfast was very nice so take advantage of purchasing the night before for a nice discount. We would stay here again due to its location and customer service.

The actual property itself doesnt have a rydges sign so it wasnt obvious driving through isnt great when youre not familiar with the area. The check in process was fine. Going to the lift, theyre both so loud and outdated it seems neglected our children were afraid of the noise it made each time. We felt fine before entering the room. Upon entering I could see the room is dusty and my son and I have asthma and immediately started getting triggered. We were there for my sons birthday and he ended up sick once there sneezing and coughing alot. I was wheezy the whole weekend, I felt fine prior. The room was ok but dustyyyyy and the vents in the bathroom and main area were so dusty. There is no windows so we had to have the airconditioner on. Once we lay on the beds we were all getting itchy so it didnt feel good. I was looking forward to a weekend away to enjoy and those things unfortunately spoiled our stay. One our 2nd day there we spent a few hours out and had the refresh the room sign on when we got back our room was still not seen to so we ended up just asking for toilet paper and towels so during our weekend stay it didnt get cleaned up. Cleaning schedules may have clashed we dont know but that day it wasnt done so it just felt gross the whole time. Wish I had a better review. I hope this can help the staff be aware.
