Not enough description as to where and how to get into the parking. Video was useless. No place to park to get keys. Had to park in off road and walk to get them. Once in no instructions as to where parking space was. Took time and stress to find. Bad instructions to get to lift. Lucky to find a man working on the lifts to help us. Would not use accommodation again. Very stressful experience.
