So the hotel was convenient and the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, our room was average. The one tv would not load channels and work. And the bathroom, well the bathroom was terrible. Black mold everywhere. In the grout all under the sink. The bathroom smelled dirty musty and like mold. Somehow somebody doesn't check theses rooms for mold. It's pretty obvious with white tile. Our room needed a major overhaul to get the mold out.

Our room was a bit cramped and the hotel does need a bit of an update, but the staff were very nice and accommadating and the bathroom was amazing! The cafe attached to the hotel was wonderful and had the best chai latte I’ve ever had. We went there everyday. The hotel is in a wonderful location and I would definitely stay there again.

A great location a short walk from Darling Harbour. Needs a little refreshing: shower door, drapery, kitchen lacked the basics (salt&pepper, glassware, condiments, etc.) Staff were always pleasant and helpful. Good value.

We were given room on the first floor, which was clean and nice, but was on the first floor above a busy junction and no double glazing, was very noisy, so we asked to move and went to a room on 9th floor which was perfect. If you are given 105 I suggest you ask for another room if you want to sleep.
