Generally ok place to stay. Staff are very helpful. We stayed in 1 BDRM with kitchen and it needs upgrade. Pool and hot tub area was very disappointing. Hot tub did not work well and water had odd green color. Basically hotel needs renovations.

The underground car parking is probably the poorest I have come across. It is incredibly tight and I opted to move my vehicle after day 1 as it was near impossible to get in and out. It cost me slightly more to park in a Wilsons car park nearby but was worth the ease of access and ease. I had reserved an executive apartment and was very disappointed with the quality of the rooms, sizes and furnishings. For the cost, I would have expected far more. I know Sydney very well and will not be going near this hotel again for future visits.

Stayed in the hotel for a convention at ICC, really quick walking distance made it very convenient going back and forth! Room was spacious and functional, perfect for 3 people. Would recommend for smash con goers or any convention in ICC!

2-star Property at a 4-star Price

The property is in serious need of a total revamp. One of 2 elevators were broken, leading to 10 minute waits; property was dirty with narrow hallways cluttered with flotsam and jetsam; overall disrepair. The lack of quality was not made up by a cheaper price. It was a 2-star property at a 4-star price.

2nd stay

This was our second stay of the trip, we were upgraded, which was greatly appreciated. The only minor negative was the very firm bed, I assume it is needed with two beds are joined, but was less comfortable than the previous room. Again, staff and cleanliness were excellent and we will stay again.

location was great, walkable to all major attractions and the hotel was cleaning and well presented.We also appreciated being able leave our bags at the concierge as we arrive before check in and also as we had a late flight

Pictures displayed on booking selection were not what we got. No kitchen which was what was pictured. No powerpoint, no toilet roll holder or storage/benches in bathroom. Shower curtain mouldy on the bottom. Bathroom was for disabled. Beds in main living room which was weird and mattresses hard as. Smallest fridge with no freezer, no wine glasses, had to request new cups and a plate and knife for snacks. It was however quiet and a good location close to everything we needed. The room was clean other than the shower curtain. When we asked for a fix to the hard beds they responded quickly and were made comfortable. We were left a dishwashing sponge and a sachet of liquid to clean cups and spoons ourselves but nowhere to clean them and no tea towel. There was no hand soap in the bathroom either.
