While clean and fancy ish, needs a bit of a charisma injection. A good city location, my park view room was as minimally park view as possible and questions such as “do you supply papers in the morning?”were met with wonder and then a no. Room service one night was surprisingly good but next very mediocre. Style wise nothing seems to have been revitalised since last time we stayed, well over a decade ago. Basically it’s a safe but unexciting choice in a good downtown location.

Just the best!

Staying here almost a week enjoying the hospitality of Sheraton. A luxurious hotel offering fine rooms and a fantastic breakfast. We were lucky to have a park view room and enjoyed a taste of the dining the hotel had to offer as part of the tour group we traveled with. Have to mention the staff who go above and beyond to ensure your stay meets your expectations.

I competed in the City2Surf run on the Sunday & chose the Sheraton for close proximity to the start as I am not from Sydney & not familiar with the surroundings. The hotel & my room were beautiful. I could not find any negatives. All the staff were so friendly & super helpful. My only complaint would be, that when I was checking in on Saturday afternoon, there was a long line of guests waiting to check in or check out & only two staff working at the reception. People were getting frustrated at the wait times. Other than that, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay & would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you

Comfortable room

Easy check in and very friendly staff. Could have done with more tea bags and coffee. Having a bath in our bathroom it would have been nice to have bubble bath available. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Great location to explore from.

Our stay at the Sheraton (couple with a 6yo) was fantastic! Can’t wait to go back. Our highlight was the buffet breakfast. Huge variety, barista-made coffee, made to order omelette station, fresh juice… the list goes on! A very pleasant way to start the day. We also loved the pool and gym area, complete with sauna, spa bath and steam room. The room itself was spacious, clean and had a luxury feel. The Sheraton is a great option if you’re looking for a comfortable CBD stay with all the trimmings!
