Song Hotel Staff were friendly and accommodating. The Rooms were clean and more spacious than we thought they'd be which was a welcomed surprise after 23 hours of travel! Fridges were noisy, as was the plumbing from rooms above.

Great place to stay - easy walk from Museum Station. All staff were excellent - friendly, efficient and helpful (hospitality, room service, reception). Room - clean and quiet (we were on the 7th floor). Breakfast - VERY GOOD and served with a smile and efficiency. Happy Hour drinks/snacks on Friday - great on our first night - didn't have to go out looking for somewhere to eat. Will definitely recommend and we will stay again.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The room was on the small side and for 1 night in the CBD the size was irrelevant. New, fresh and clean in a terrific spot. It's roughly 8 min stroll to Central Station, where the light rail will connect you to the entire city. A full buffet breakfast is included for the most reasonable price rooms in the city. A wonderful find!
