Really friendly staff. As a solo traveler I felt safe. I arrived after the doors had closed but the desk is attended over night so I was easily able to check in. A very easy and friendly experience.

The breakfast was great. The rooms didn't seem to really be soundproof. Because the shower only had a partial wall, showering resulted in a lot of water on tile floor which was slippery and dangerous. If you have to mop the floor with your towels, you are not able to save the environment by reusing towels. The beds and pillows were ok, but not wonderful. The internet in the room was too slow to complete work. Moving to the then closed restaurant was better, but the ceiling dripped on me in more than 1 place.
