The apartment was very dirty. There was a table with its leg broken off. Many of the fixtures (plates,pans,cutlery etc.) were also dirty. The kitchen smelt bad. The kitchen equipment was poor quality and a miss match of things which obviously came from yard sales. I complained on arrival and as we discovered each new issue. I provided photos via the chat. The owner wanted the pictures emailed, but was unable to provide an email address. No action was taken to investigate or rectify the many issues. I als complained direct to VRBO and they also did nothing to help rectify the abysmal situation.

The apartment was clean and comfortable and perfect for my adult familyThere were simple restaurants and groceries within a short walking distanceThe train passes close by for transportation needsOur only minor difficulty was that check in info and property instructions were made through a link in VRBO messaging. I couldn't copy long links from my phone app and was a little inconvenient Otherwise all went well here

Good place to stay at Kingsford.

The place itself was ideal, and we'd definitely stay there again! But the initial booking process was a nightmare, and the cleaners were still there when i arrived; i still don't know who the young person was who handed me the keys!Being unexpectedly woken up at 0700 the following morning by someone needing to check the fire alarms was also not ideal...
