• We only provide one key, so please keep it safe. If the key is lost, guests will need to arrange and cover the cost of a locksmith. If more convenient, you may place the key in the lockbox when going out so others can access the property.

• Each guest is provided with one towel. If you require extra towels, the cleaning company will charge an additional fee.

• For food safety reasons, we do not provide any consumable items, including (but not limited to) oil, chili, salt, or other food products.

• Each bathroom is prepared with 3 rolls of toilet paper. If you cannot find the spare rolls, please let me know. For longer stays, you may purchase additional supplies from the supermarket, and I’m happy to reimburse reasonable expenses.

• Each bathroom is equipped with a bath mat, and each kitchen is provided with a tea towel.

• Party
Strictly No parties. No loud music allowed between 10pm-7am, please respect our neighbours

•Air-conditioning should be used responsibly.

Excessive or abnormal usage (e.g. running AC with doors/windows open for long periods) may result in additional electricity charges.
