Large double-story terrace in Bondi's best tree-lined cul-de-sac. Filled with light. Oversized bedrooms. Air conditioning upstairs, ceiling fans. Modern conveniences like keyless entry so you don't have to take your keys on your walk to the beach. We love this house.

Walking distance to so many amenities, or easy to find a park on our street (read more regarding permits) or there is a bus stop at the end of the street that takes you between the beach and Bondi Junction.

Amazing location. 400 metres to Woolworths supermarket for shopping. Bondi Road with plenty of restaurants and shops are at the end of the street or 550 metres down Bondi Road to the famous Totti's restaurant!12 min walk to Bondi Icebergs / beach or 4 minute bus (the stop is right at the end of the street). Similar walk to Tamarama or Bronte beaches too.

On advance request we can assist in arranging visitor street parking permits, at cost - no guarantees but it's usually quite easy.
