It is concerning to hear we were unable to meet your expectations during your recent stay. Our units are currently undergoing renovations. As we have over 300 units it is a lengthy task however, we are looking forward to the completion as it will allow us to strive above and beyond all expectations. This is not the standard we strive to provide and I hope you provide us with an opportunity to regain your faith soon.
