Solid timber floors throughout, full open plan kitchen with stone benchtop and Miele appliances. Dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, iron, ironing board. Beautiful open plan living area and serene grass garden area. Weber barbeque for the perfect summer barbeque. Smart TV.

Light and airy. North-easterly sun in the back garden most of the day and then sun in the front of the property in the afternoon. Ceiling fan in the bedrooms adds to the sea breeze. Fly screens on all windows and patio door to assist with a peaceful night sleep.
