Precinct37, Booth St Annandale; Precinct 37 opened its doors in April 2021 in the tight-knit community of Annandale, in Sydney's Inner West. Since then, they have become a cherished spot where locals and visitors alike can enjoy delicious food and beverages in a homely atmosphere. The café has also been the backdrop for many special milestones, from birthdays and anniversaries to baby showers, meetings, and Christmas event.

Public transport into Sydney CBD is a breeze along Parramatta Rd or take the light rail to Tramsheds, Sydney Fish Markets, darling Harbour or Central Station where trains depart for both metro and state/interstate. The Neighborhood:
We acknowledge that this land area Traditionally belonged to the Gadigal and Wangal peoples of the Sydney Basin. Annandale is a suburb in the Inner West of Sydney, in the state of New South Wales, Australia. Annandale is located within 5 kilometres west of the Sydney central business district and known to most locals as the suburb surrounding legendary (and oft-imperilled) music venue the Annandale Hotel. This Inner West suburb has a rich local history – check out the colonial architecture and Federation homes. There's a strong café culture and plenty of local colour. At Annandale's northern end lies on Rozelle Bay, which is on Sydney Harbour. Glebe lies to its east, Lilyfield and Leichhardt to its west and Stanmore to its south.

Major George Johnston arrived on the First Fleet ship Lady Penrhyn, which brought convicts to Australia from England. He was granted 100 acres (0.40 km2) of land in the area around Annandale and Stanmore, which became known as Johnston's Bush. He later renamed it Annandale after his birthplace Annan in Scotland, United Kingdom. His name is remembered in Johnston Street where today you will find a plethora of cafes, eateries, local grocery and bars.
