A thoughtfully crafted three-level terrace with architectural edge and artistic flair, this home offers an inviting stay in one of Sydney’s most vibrant suburbs. Enter through a private laneway into a lush courtyard, where greenery surrounds a seating area perfect for a morning coffee. Inside, the living area is cosy and welcoming, with curated wall art, a soft sofa, a TV, and books to browse.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and Nespresso machine. The dining area, set beneath warm pendant lights, invites casual meals and conversation. Head up the spiral staircase to the private rooftop terrace, where sun loungers await under open skies—a rare city escape for reading, sunbathing or unwinding at golden hour.

This home offers three peaceful sleeping zones across two levels. Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a queen bed, walk-in wardrobe, and a sleek ensuite with a rainfall shower and complimentary toiletries. On the ground floor, the second bedroom features a queen bed and convenient access to the family bathroom, which includes a bathtub with an overhead rainfall shower. The third sleeping zone is a cleverly designed single bed tucked into a window nook beside a dedicated workspace, perfect for quick naps between focused work sessions. A discreet laundry area includes a washer, dryer, iron, and essentials, making longer stays seamless.

Enjoy year-round comfort with split-system air conditioning in the queen bedrooms, with portable fans and heaters available in the living area and third bedroom. While there is no on-site parking, free street parking is available nearby (with a two-hour limit), though with public transport, cafés, and restaurants just a short walk away, you may find a car unnecessary. Please note, the rooftop staircase may not be suitable for anyone with mobility limitations.
