DO NOT EVER STAY HERE!!!!! I work in hospitality and this is a completely 100% honest review. I had booked this for a week start of March but only ended up staying one night. The place smelled musty, the carpet was absolutely filthy and stained. I went to sleep and the next morning I woke up COVERED in bed bug bites on my arms, sides of my stomach, legs and hands to which the host is adamant that didn’t happen and didn’t even acknowledge or address the issue when I told them. I literally have photo proof and I’m still recovering from them. The bites were so itchy, red and blotchy. The building itself is old, honestly the place needs demolishing and rebuilding, and the walls are cracking, the lift is slow and it’s in a terrible location right on a busy road so fairly noisy. There was an issue with the power and the fridge cutting out and the host was so unresponsive. Imagine if it had of been a real emergency! With all these issues I felt genuinely uncomfortable and anxious in this place, I tried to get a refund for the unused nights but the host refused to return the money. They are ripping people off!!! They should be banned from allowing people to stay here until these issues are addressed. It is unhygienic and unhealthy. 0/5 stars!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Worst and dirtiest place ive been to ever. The owner was unresponsive I complained to the advertising company and they were only able to refund less than 20% of my booking because they couldnt reach the owner. Id rather book a hostel than this place.

Do not book here! They have been unresponsive to us & Expedia trying to request a refund. Expedia simply said they won’t respond so we wont do anything further - so they can just ignore and there’s no accountability. Disappointed. The place is full of bed bugs (like giant bed bugs we slapped full of our blood) and the sheets had old blood all through them (even the beds we didn’t sleep in). The carpet had blood. The chair could have impaled and at least needed stitches if you sat on it without noticing. The rocking chair was broken too. The room was filthy with juice boxes on the floor. We arrived late the first night after having to watch videos to try get in - there was no one to reach at any point of our stay. We left as soon as we woke up. Do not book here! I never complain and this is the worst experience.

Property does not have air conditioner, had little bugs crawling around. Host did not leave any dishwashing liquid, or dishwasher tablets like other properties for short term stays. If you are working night shift, no blackout curtains if you are truing to sleep during the day. Large and roomy apartment, photos may look nice no value for money, uncomfortable sofa and beds, poor linen choice. Will not stay at this apartment again.
