Hotel was quaint and room was comfortable. Unfortunately the location was quite noisy throughout the night and there was no air conditioning, There was also a limited supply of tea, coffee and sugar.

Staff were particularly helpful Thank you to Valentine for helping with our luggage. The breakfast at the adjoining Fortunes of War was suburb Excellent location if you need somewhere stay the night before a cruise as the terminal is so close The building has character and history, so glad we had the opportunity to stay

This small hotel and staff were exceptional. My room was spacious, quiet and had a nice fridge for my wine. It is located in the heart of The Rocks area, close to the harbor, tram station and scads of restaurants. I am going back to Sydney in 2027 and will book one year in advance to ensure my stay.

Clean room. Comfortable bed Room was pretty small. Not even a chair! I expected a little more for the price. But it was easy walking distance to the OVERSEAS PASSENGER TERMINAL. .

Friendly, helpful staff. Very comfortable bed. Opening windows and a ceiling fan is much my preferred air con so I was happy with that. As it's an old building in the Rocks area and on a slope the hotel has odd groups of steps in the corridors so may not suit some guests. The stairs down to the dining and bar areas are also quite steep. I have stayed there before and would stay again as it's very convenient for the Opera House, the Rocks, Circular Quay and rail services.

Always love staying there for the convenience and character. Always good service and lovely breakfast, comfy bed. Only downside was the noisy recycling someone did in the middle of the night from nearby restaurant.

This was a really lovely hotel with nice chic rooms. Gorgeous bathroom and nice fluffy towels. All the staff were excellent and made us feel very welcome. Plus an easy walk to circular Quay. Perfect and would definitely stay here again. 5 ⭐️

The room was compact but contained everything I required. It was clean comfortable and very cute with a very large, comfortable bed and excellent bedding. I loves the window seat and convenient location and the included breakfast has a nice range of options was well presented and tasty. The staff were very polite and attentive.
