Great for a staycation, as a work-from-home alternative, or for families Welcome to our Studio Loft. Previously a garage we have converted this space into a functional studio. The Studio is equipped with a Kitchenette for cooking, Living area/sleeping space, Brand new modern bathroom, plenty of drawers and closet space. Located in the Hills District our Studio is an ideal location for all students, Travellers/Business or anyone who is looking for short to long term accomodation.

The style of the place is a mix between Scandinavian/industrial. We tried to keep implications of what the space used to be when it was a garage, such as the door which is still suspended and works as a ceiling feature. The bathroom is very industrial looking with matte black fixtures and concrete polish look tiles. The general design of the room feels industrial but the timber features contrast it, making the place feel cozy.

Guests have access to everything provided for in the room. Fast cable wifi, TV and entertainment box with access to Netflix included and more. Kitchen includes: Fridge, microwave, cooktop, sink, kettle. Brand New Private bathroom: Includes shower, vanity and toilet.

We live in the house attached to the studio and we are home most of the time. We are willing to help our guests with any inquiries or needs whilst they stay with us.

The neighborhood is a Suburban, Green and quiet area 5 minutes away from nearby shops/restaurants and Cafe's. Nearby Places include: Hillsong Church, Norwest Marketown, Castle Towers Shopping Centre and Parramatta CBD.

Norwest Metro Station
The newly opened Norwest Metro station (approximately 2km from our house) is the most convenient way to get here with services to Chatswood, Sydney CBD and the Airport.

Bus
There is also a Bus Stop from the house that is a 5 min walk which has 613x express to Sydney CBD (approximately 30 to 40 mins) in the mornings and afternoons/evenings its a 15 min walk to Joseph Banks T-Way which continues Services to Sydney CBD and Parramatta (T62 Bus).

Uber and Uber eats
Available in the area and great for food and getting to places conveniently.
