The kitchen includes a Nespresso machine, gas cooktop, dishwasher, oven, fridge, and a timber bench for casual bites. Dine indoors in the bright dining area or step outside to the covered patio for alfresco meals on the electric BBQ while children play on the trampoline in the leafy backyard.
The main house features three inviting bedrooms, each designed for relaxation and flexibility. The primary offers a king bed and a sunlit window seat, the second includes a double bed with a study nook, and the third provides two singles that can be converted into a king on request (no extra cost). Two bathrooms complete the layout, one with a bathtub and integrated laundry, the other with a walk-in rain shower.
The studio, accessed privately through the gate beside the carport, features a bright living area with comfortable seating, a TV, and a dedicated workspace. A compact bar area provides a Nespresso machine, microwave, toaster, milk frother, mini fridge, and essentials for quick snacks. While there’s no sink in this area, the bathroom sink can be used for washing dishes if needed. A queen bed dressed in fresh linens and an ensuite with a walk-in shower, vanity, and toilet complete the space.
A private driveway allows off-street parking for one vehicle. The main house includes ceiling fans in every bedroom and the living area, along with a powerful portable gas heater for cooler months. The studio also features a ceiling fan and a portable heater. Children’s books and toys are provided to keep kids entertained.
