Convenient Location

Convenient location not far from the airport. Novelty reception area. Cafe was handy for breakfast. Helpful staff. Spacious room and comfortable bed. Pity the trains weren’t running to schedule as it’s right near Green Square station. A short walk to Woolies and BWS and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Exceptional service

The staff are brilliant: polite, eager to help, and down-to-earth. They went above and beyond when my partner was feeling unwell. The hotel is clean, comfortable and Discord for the price. The restaurant looks really good and the bar is handy and reasonably-priced. We found the location really handy: easy to get to the airport but also the centre and beaches, all via public transport. All in all, a great stay.

This hotel exceeded our expectation. We stayed 3 nights here and really enjoyed our stay. Bed is comfortable, love that there’s a kitchen and laundry facility. Close to public transport. But the main highlight for us is the shower..best shower of all the hotels we ever stayed (we’ve been to many hotels). One small criticism, cleaning service needs improvement. Our room has the bunk bed and this was not properly tidied and there was a dirty towel left behind in the bathroom. Minor thing. Would happily stay again!

Being quite affordable option on the fringe of cbd, not the most typical tourist area, but very convenient next to train, airport, grocery shops, pubs, fast food and take away. I have a little list of things that annoyed me about the service and facilities in the room... wardrobe space compromised by kitchen cupboard and fridge... but then great with a big fridge... Some issues with cleanliness and already discussed with hotel... Thank you. furniture further bed side table very tiny and unstable. Elevators not synchronised. You've got to press for both or take a chance on one of them..

Really lovely rooms. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we found a machine (which the cleaner had left in our room), that is used to refresh the air when someone has smoked in the room. After being out for quite a few hours without the air con going, we met with the over powering smell of cigeratte smoke. If only it had not taken a further hour to find us another room - getting to bed after 1am. Not ideal!!! And the half-hearted apology as we checked out was not the best customer service.

I honestly loved my stay at Veriu Green Square. The staff was so friendly and helpful, the room and bathroom were spacious and clean!! The hotel is also very close to the train station (2-minute walk) and many bus stops. I stayed at Veriu due to a terrible surprise at another accommodation, so my experience at Veriu could not have been better. Highly, highly recommend!
