Step into the heart of Newtown with this fantastic studio on Enmore road. Everything Newtown has to offer is right at your doorstep with countless eateries, bars and shops along King and Enmore Road.



Our studio is beautifully designed with vibrant artwork and mid-century furnishing. The Queen bed is in a corner nook so it feels more like a studio suite and provides additional living and dining space.



Completely self-contained, there is a fully equipped kitchen and laundry available to you



The Space:

The apartment building includes a wonderful rooftop area with outdoor tables and chairs. It is an ideal space to relax and take in the urban views and Sydney's famous sunsets.



While still a very quiet space, the apartment is in a prime Sydney location. Newtown train station is less than 100 metres away while there are countless buses on King st and Enmore road that will take you throughout the inner west, CBD and eastern suburbs.



The apartment is on the second floor of the building which requires walking up a few flights of stairs to access - there is no lift in the building.



Parking is timed out the front however neighbouring streets do have 2hr and 24hr free parking.
During your stay at this apartment building, you're just a quick walk from King Street. A kitchen and a TV are available in the apartment.
